- No public access; entirely private winery for you and your guests
- Includes lounge seating, high-top tables and chairs, use of the pool table, and flat screen tv
Saturday (Private Whole Winery):
- Rental by the hour at a rate of $400/hr
- Access to the entire 1st floor plus patio weather permitting
- No public access; entirely private winery for you and your guests
- Includes lounge seating, high-top tables and chairs, use of the pool table, and flat screen tv
Patio Only (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday):
- Rental by the hour at a rate of $150/hr
- No public access; entirely private patio for you and your guests
- Includes lounge seating, high-top tables, and chairs
Patio Only (Saturday):
- Rental by the hour at a rate of $250/hr
- No public access; entirely private patio for you and your guests
- Includes lounge seating, high-top tables, and chairs
*Patio Rentals available only from June-September. If the weather does not cooperate on the event rental date, there is the option to either reschedule for a new date or have use of the back half of the winery.
*Randolph Cellars only books one winery rental during business hours per week. If an event has been booked during business hours that entire business week is unavailable excluding Monday and Tuesday.
Rental Rules
- The latest a rental is allowed is 10pm.
- Rental times have a grace period of 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for setup and cleanup. If you will be requiring more than 30 minutes for setup and cleanup or go over the allotted time the normal hourly rate will apply.
- The 30-minute setup and cleanup time may only be used for setup and cleanup, not as an extension of the rental for socializing. Any guests not part of the active setup or cleanup of the event must exit.
- No setup is allowed before rental time begins outside of 30min setup grace period. Includes any entertainments as well.
- If furniture is to be moved, a floor plan must be discussed before date of event. Guests will not be allowed to move furniture on their own nor on the date of the event.
- If entertainment is being booked for event, Randolph Cellars must be informed of type of entertainment and their setup plan.
- All decorations must be preapproved by Randolph Cellars. All decorations must be taken down and removed from the space at the rental end time as well as returning Randolph Cellars to the way it was at the beginning of the rental.
- Food may be catered from outside company. Randolph Cellars must be notified of catering choice and setup and take down plan for food. All allergen information is required if food is involved with rental.
- No other alcohol permitted on premises. If any guests bring outside alcohol, Randolph Cellars reserves the right to end the rental early with full payment of agreed rental time.
- Water will be provided; all other non-alcoholic drinks is at the discretion of party responsible.
- Absolutely no smoking on Randolph Cellars patio. If any guests smoke, there will be an automatic fine of $250 charged to the rental.
- Absolutely no confetti or glitter allowed in Randolph Cellars. If any guests use confetti or glitter, there will be an automatic fine of $500 charged to the rental.
- You are responsible for your guests if they chose to break the nonsmoking rule or the no confetti rule.
- Guests can choose to either take all garbage off site at the end of the rental or pay a $50 garbage fee and Randolph Cellars will dispose. Recycling of bottles is included in rental rate.
- Non-Refundable deposit of first 1 hour is due at booking time along with sit down meeting and contract signing with Randolph Cellars.
- If there are children attending the event there is no running, climbing, or horseplay allowed in Randolph Cellars. Also, there are no children allowed in the kitchen or downstairs.
- If guests become visibly intoxicated Randolph Cellars will cut off said guests with no argument.
If guests become disrespectful to Randolph Cellars Winery; we reserve the right to end the rental early with full payment of agreed rental time.
